1. HOW TO BOOK
All information request, reservation, other requirements and all communication /coordination shall be in written as details as possible. Reservation can be made by online booking chat, facsimile or e-mail addressed to our team as above.

2. TOUR AND OTHER SERVICES PRICE
Tour packages, hotel rates, flight tickets etc are quoted NET, inclusive of 11% government tax and 10% service charge. Special price may be applied for special arrangement. Please check with our staff for special discount rate or just click our website: www.balibelleholidays.com

3. DEPOSIT, REFUND AND CANCELLATION
A deposit 50% of tour price should be paid once the booking is confirmed and the balance should be paid by the latest 14 days prior to arrival during low season and 21 days prior to arrival for high/peaks season to secure the arrangement. Due to some reasons and regulation of our contract agreement with our suppliers, the deposit and unused services/facilities/ missed-meals /guide services is fully unredeemable / un-refundable / non-endorsable when the arrangement is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival. For more details, please see our liabilities and limitations. Once you have any question, our staff will advise you the best arrangement for your comfort-ability. Please be informed, refund process (if any) may take from 2-4 weeks due to banking process. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges or administration fee (if any) will be debited from the refund amount.

5. PAYMENT PROSEDURES
Full pre payment should be settled in advance, 14 days prior to arrival is required. Bank transfer payment system is accepted on full amount of total transaction with addition of US$ 30.00 (for Bank Administration fee) per transfer to our USD Bank account. No additional charge applied for bank transfer transaction in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All payment methods by bank draft/bank transfer order should be submitted to our accounting dept either by facsimile or email. As the regulation of credit card merchants provider, an additional of 3.5 % will be add to your bill from total transaction made is applied.

However, to make easier and saving of your time, a Sign on File Payment Method (additional of 3,5 % applied) is provided for the credit card holder of AMEX, DINERS CLUB with conditions to submitted by fax transmission message to our accounting as:
a. Your copy of passport
b. Your copy of credit card (front & back side)
c. Your authorization letter

6. TRANSFERS & TOURS
All transfer and tours are provided with fully AC coach & bus according to the number of participants and accompanied by well-skilled licensed guide with specific language as per your request (subject to availability).

7. VOUCHER
To avoid any discrepancies, miss-in served and un-comfortable things during your journey, an original voucher from your travel agent is required and should be stated all confirmed services attached with details itinerary. We are delighted to remaining, only the services and facilities as stated of the voucher will be provide.

8. NO SHOW
One night cancellation fee will be charged for now show on hotel reservation.

9. INSURANCE
Travel insurance is not included in the price, but, during your trip a third party insurance is provided by; hotels, transportation, cruise, restaurant etc. However, an additional charge (start of US$ 5.00 per person) for insurance coverage is available upon required. Please ask to our staff for more details.

10. OUR LIABILITIES AND LIMITAIONS:
All best efforts will be made sincerely to maintain the contract made by our organization for all parties best arrangement, however, as there are always possibilities of certain items for example: airfares, drastic increase in fuel costs, airport tax, etc are make getting more expensive the total package cost. In such FORCE MAJEUR, the difference in the cost would be borne by the customers.

Bali Belle Holidays act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by actual suppliers.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or even after the commencement of the tour. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general well being.
Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates with or without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
